WE PRESENT a universal, adjustable pallet production table with pneumatic clamping of support elements. The pneumatic table allows for pallet production with a single operator.

We start by setting the pallet dimensions. The table can be easily adjusted to the desired size. You can specify: the number of blocks, boards, and gaps between them. Below we present the following stages of pallet production. Place wooden blocks in fixed positions. Align and clamp them with pneumatic pressure or manually (control via valve). Place vertical boards on the blocks. Then place horizontal boards. Drive in the elements with a hammer at 80 mm and a hammer at 32-38 mm, depending on the material thickness. Release the blocks if using the pneumatic table. We start with the pneumatic lift for easier rotation of the pallet to the other side.

• Lift the pallet rotation table.

• Rotate the pallet.

• Place horizontal boards and nail them.

• The final phase is the pneumatic lifting of the finished pallet.

• The average production efficiency is 200-210 pallets per shift with the service of just one employee.
