Semi-Automatic Machine for Making Wooden Pallet Legs

This machine is designed for assembling/killing 2 or 3 blocks.

The “magazine” for blocks is adjustable from a minimum of 70 x 70 x 50 mm to a maximum of 150 x 150 x 150 mm.

The “magazine” for boards automatically positions the board for extraction. Boards are placed individually at the extraction point.

The movement is carried out by a pneumatic cylinder, which moves the blocks and the board to the desired position for killing.

Killing is done manually using a pneumatic gun; the extraction of already killed legs is done manually.

Higher automation is possible by adding a cutter with automatic movement and a transport module for legs. This will achieve the highest level of productivity with the least amount of personnel.
